Pizza Plaza's Story
Since the opening in 2015, we have grown close to our community and many of our regular guests and so many have been asking why we haven’t opened up in other places yet.
Pizza Plaza got its start with the idea that a do it yourself (DIY) restaurant concept and pizza were a perfect match for the Thai restaurant market. With restaurants such as Shabushi, Hot Pot and MK being extremely popular and pizza emerging and growing in the market, we figured that combining the two should be a home run.
And that’s what it seemed to be right off the bat following a Facebook post from Pizza Plaza that went viral. The stream of customers was overwhelming and Pizza Plaza was a big success! We have customers that travel all the way from Rayong, Chonburi and Bangkok just to experience this Pizza concept. Also with tourist we are popular, especially with visitors from Hong Kong, Taiwan & Singapore we are a big hit.
Surely Pizza Plaza doesn’t sit still and continuously keeps improving. Our latest update was done at the beginning of 2019 when Pizza Plaza introduced grill to the already successful pizza oven and a more extensive buffet.

Our Difficulties
The problem is that not everyone is willing or able to travel far just to eat at pizza plaza. We have now learned that the “Magic” of Pizza Plaza, however new, however exiting, however so many people love it and come back, it needs an easy accessible location with foot traffic, in other words; a shopping mall location.
Financially, we are not prepared for the investment needed to open up a store in Bangkok. But we know that with your help, this can be possible. So this is your opportunity to help us grow, to help us be able to present ourselves to a larger crowd closer to everyone. Challenges and Opportunities
Opening a restaurant in a shopping mall is difficult, expensive and challenging. The good news is we’ve learned a lot from the past and with our experience, we now know where to take Pizza Plaza.
Restaurants are expensive to build, license, and operate, which is why we’re asking for some help in the process in exchange for some great perks once we’re open. With the money we raise, we’ll be able to offer our Pizza + BBQ buffet, salads and sides, Soups & Pastas along with a great selection of smoothies, Iced teas, soft drinks, coffee, beer and wine in a cozy family friendly setting, open 7 days-a-week.
The funds we raise through this campaign will help us open a Prime Location restaurant in Bangkok (maybe two), invest in marketing, help with the completion of our franchise concept & platform and to be able to join exhibitions to promote the Pizza Plaza brand and concept for Franchisees
